By the way, my hope for my hair as an older woman is what happened to my Granny's. Like me, she was red haired and it basically turned ...pink! How great and defiant is that?! Fingers crossed...

Grandma Jo sounds like my kind of woman! I hate the idea of us having to shrink and give up our personalities as we get older. This was such an interesting read. Only one in four films showing an elder woman who doesn’t feed into stereotypes should be shocking but I can easily believe it.
